FAQ
Runner questions
Which pouch should I take?
Choose PURE when you want carbs and electrolytes without caffeine. Choose CHARGE when you also want 100mg caffeine from organic green tea.
What do I get in one pouch?
Every pouch gives you 20g of carbs, 140mg sodium and 90mg potassium. PURE has three ingredients. CHARGE adds organic green tea caffeine.
Why does the sugar look high?
All of it comes from the honey. Honey is mostly sugar by weight, so most of the carbohydrate in a pouch shows up on the sugar line. Nothing is added. Many gels use maltodextrin, a glucose polymer that lists as carbohydrate rather than sugar, so their label reads lower for a similar amount of fuel.
Where does the honey come from?
Organic apiaries in the Chouf mountains. It is raw and single origin, and every pouch is filled here in Lebanon.
When should I take it?
Use it during long runs, hard sessions or races when you need portable fuel. Test your timing in training first so race day feels familiar.
How many pouches per hour?
One pouch carries 20g of carbohydrate. Endurance guidance commonly points at 30 to 90g per hour depending on how long and how hard you are going. Where you sit in that range is personal, so practise it in training rather than on race day.
Why no magnesium?
The formula carries the two electrolytes sweat takes in the largest amounts, sodium and potassium. Magnesium losses in sweat are much smaller. If the formula changes, the label changes with it.
How strong is CHARGE?
CHARGE has 100mg caffeine per pouch, from organic green tea. That is roughly a cup of coffee. PURE has none, so you can keep fuelling late in a long effort without stacking more caffeine.
How do I pay?
We deliver across Lebanon with cash on delivery. Pay when your order arrives.
